Reports
Ready-made reports on vehicles, maintenance, drivers and fuel — on screen, or as CSV, Excel or PDF.
Reports lists ready-made reports, grouped by subject. Open one to filter and sort it on screen, then export it.

- Pick rows: every row has a check box. Tick the rows you want (the box in the heading ticks the whole page; Select all ticks every row of the report, across all pages; Clear starts again). Your ticks stay while you sort, search or change page.
- Print, CSV, Excel, PDF — the buttons above the table use only the ticked rows (they show the count, for example Print (3)), with the totals worked out for just those rows. With nothing ticked they use the whole report as you have filtered it. Print opens a clean page in a new tab and the print dialog (choose Save as PDF there if you like).
- You only see reports for the sections your role can open.
