- NewAssign an existing route to a driver right from their timeline: right-click a row for a searchable list of your routes, instead of only creating a new one.
- NewAfter adding a route to a driver, a banner tells you whether they were actually notified — some drivers don't have a login yet, so it's now clear when you need to tell them another way.
- ImprovedDriver timelines now show times in familiar 12-hour AM/PM form and always show the full day — scroll left or right to see early morning or late evening; the driver names stay in place while you scroll.
- NewVehicles have an EZ Pass tag field, searchable alongside VIN and license plate.
- ImprovedEvery page now has a line under its title explaining what it's for.
- ImprovedConfirmation pop-ups (deleting something, suspending a user, removing demo data…) now match FleetCommander's own look instead of the browser's plain pop-up.
- NewA real public homepage that explains what FleetCommander does, for anyone who isn't signed in yet.

- ImprovedDriver timelines became full calendars: jump straight to any past or future date, and U.S. bank holidays are marked.
- FixedA vehicle or driver can no longer be started on a route that's already in the past.
- NewInventory parts can now have a photo, shown in the list and on the part's own page.
- NewDrivers can attach an optional photo to any pre-trip or post-trip inspection item, not only a failed one.
- NewPublic FAQ page, answering the questions people usually ask before signing up.
- ImprovedThe app tour now opens the real page behind each step it highlights, instead of just pointing at the menu icon.
- NewA "For Drivers" section in the Help Center, with pictures of how a driver's menu and pages differ from everyone else's.
- ImprovedThe billing banner only appears once an invoice is actually overdue; Super Admins are notified and emailed the moment an invoice is issued and again on its due date.
- NewTwo-step login: an authenticator app plus backup codes, with a company-wide setting to require it for Super Admins.
- NewReports: tick just the rows you want, then print or export only those to CSV, Excel or PDF. Every table in the app now pages through long lists instead of loading them all at once.
- NewContact us page and a footer on every page.
- NewDemo data: a Super Admin can fill the company with a realistic example in one click, and remove exactly that again in one click.
- NewRight-click a driver's row on the timeline to add a route for them — the form opens already filled in, and the driver is notified.
- NewShare my location: a driver can share where they are with one tap from My Day or a chat; the office can ask for it from the driver's chat.
