Onboarding: training videos and the handbook
Watch your company's training videos and read the driver handbook, then tick each one off.
Onboarding (in your menu, right under My Day) has what your company wants every driver to see before they start — and it stays there to come back to.
Training videos
Each video plays right on the page (tap the ▶ to start; full screen works too). When you've watched one, tap I've watched this under it — it then says Watched with the date. Ticked it by mistake? Tap Undo.
Driver handbook
The handbook opens right on the page. On a phone that only shows the first page, tap Open full screen; Download saves a copy to read offline. When you've read it, tap I've read the handbook. If the office puts up a new version, you'll be asked to read it again.
The bar at the top shows how much you've done (2 of 3 done). Your office sees the same on your driver page.
Good to know: Nothing here is compulsory in the app — nothing is locked until you finish. Your company may still ask you to complete it before your first route.
