Getting started

Dashboard

Today's fleet at a glance: counts, costs, what's due and what's expiring.

The Dashboard is the first page after you sign in (drivers land on My Day instead). It answers what needs my attention today?

Charts and panels

  • Fleet status — how many vehicles are in each status.
  • Maintenance cost and Fuel cost — the last six months.
  • Upcoming maintenance, Expiring documents & credentials and Recent activity — short lists with a View all link to the full page. Recent activity — only for people allowed to see the Audit log, since it shows what everyone in the company changed — lists the latest changes (who did what, and when; sign-ins are left out here), and its View all opens Settings › Audit log for the full list.

Tip: You only see the cards for sections your role can open.
