Student attendance

Student ridership and attendance for every bus run

Every run, the driver marks each student as they go — picked up, a no-show, or absent because a parent called. When a parent calls the office instead, the office marks it on the route, ahead of time if need be.

What you get

  • Marked on the busPicked up / dropped off, no-show / not riding, or absent — one tap per student, run by run.
  • The office marks it tooAbsent because a parent called? Mark it on the route's page for any day; the driver sees it and skips the stop.
  • Who and whenEvery mark shows who made it and the time.
  • Ridership reportsEvery mark in a period, and each student's rides, no-shows and absences — printable and exportable.

How it works

  1. 1Add the students as stops on the route.
  2. 2The driver opens today's route on My Day and marks each student.
  3. 3The office sees the marks on the route's page and changes any that need it.
  4. 4Run the Student attendance or Student ridership report.
