Driver attendance & pay
Driver clock-in, time off and pay for bus companies
Drivers clock in and out on My Day — their pre-trip clocks them in too. The office sees who's on duty, late or not in yet, approves time off, gets substitutes suggested for the routes of drivers who are off, and has hours and pay ready for payroll.
What you get
- Clock in on the phoneOne tap, with the location if the phone allows; split days (morning and afternoon runs) are separate shifts.
- Who's in, late or offToday at a glance, against each driver's first pick-up.
- Time offYour own kinds (sick, vacation…), paid or unpaid; drivers ask, the office approves or declines, and everyone's told.
- Substitutes suggestedA route whose driver is off shows the best free drivers to cover just those days.
- Hours and payPer hour or per shift, your rate or each driver's own, for your pay period — with paid time off included.

Questions
- What if a driver forgets to clock out?
- The shift is flagged for the office, which adds the time — nothing is counted until it's fixed.
- Can we pay per shift instead of per hour?
- Yes. Each company chooses per hour or per shift, a company rate, and a rate per driver where needed.
